Mehrwan Production – Account Deletion

At Mehrwan Production, we respect your privacy and your right to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.

This page explains how to request account deletion, what information is deleted, what information may be retained, and how long the process takes.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Mehrwan Production account directly within the app.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Mehrwan Production.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Navigate to:
   
   Profile → Settings → Policies & Guidelines → Delete Account
   
   

4. Read the account deletion warning carefully.

5. A short waiting period (approximately 7 seconds) is required before the Proceed button becomes available. This is intended to help prevent accidental account deletion.

6. On the next screen, you may optionally provide:
   
   

   • Feedback about your experience.

   • Suggestions for improving the app.

7. These fields are completely optional and may be left blank.
   
   

8. Tap Confirm Account Deletion to submit your deletion request.

What Happens After You Submit Your Request

Once your request has been submitted:

• Your request is securely received by the Mehrwan Production team.

• The deletion process begins shortly after your request is received.

• The deletion request cannot be cancelled or reversed once processing has started.

• Your account will be signed out from the Mehrwan Production app.

To ensure all associated data is completely removed, account deletion is processed by our team rather than entirely on the mobile device.

This approach helps prevent incomplete deletion that could occur because of situations such as:

• Loss of internet connection

• Application crash

• Device shutdown

• Power interruption

• Unexpected technical issues during deletion

Processing requests centrally helps ensure that all associated account data is removed correctly and completely.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, the following data associated with your Mehrwan Production account will be permanently deleted where applicable:

• Your Mehrwan Production account

• Google Sign-In association with your Mehrwan Production account

• Profile information

  • Display name

  • Username

  • Biography

  • Manualy provided location

  • Date of birth

  • Profile photo

  • Other profile details stored by the app

• Uploaded photographs and related media

• Comments

• Replies

• Likes

• Followers and following relationships

• Account preferences and settings

• Other user-generated content and data associated with your account within Mehrwan Production

After deletion is complete:

• Your Mehrwan Production account will no longer be accessible.

• You will be signed out of the app.

• Your deleted account cannot be recovered.

Note: Deleting your Mehrwan Production account does not delete or affect your Google (Gmail) account. It only removes your account and data associated with Mehrwan Production.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 1–2 working days after the request has been received.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on operational requirements.

Data Retention

After your account deletion request has been completed, your account and associated personal data are permanently removed from Mehrwan Production's active systems.

Certain limited information may be retained for a limited period only when required for:

• Legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Security purposes

• System integrity

• Temporary backup recovery processes

Any retained information is kept only for as long as necessary to meet these requirements and is not used to restore your deleted account.

Important Notice

Please ensure you wish to permanently delete your account before submitting your request.

Once processing has started, the deletion request cannot be cancelled or reversed, and deleted account data cannot be recovered.
