These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mehrwan Production mobile application, the official Mehrwan Production website, and any related services, features, and content provided by Mehrwan Production.
Mehrwan Production is a photography-focused social platform where users can showcase their creativity by uploading photographs, building public profiles, interacting with other photographers, and participating in a respectful creative community.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Mehrwan Production.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of your agreement with Mehrwan Production.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, signing in, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using Mehrwan Production, you confirm that:

3. About Mehrwan Production
Mehrwan Production provides an online platform where users can:
Create a personal account using Google Sign-In.
Build a public photography profile.
Upload and share original photographs.
Update their profile picture and cover image.
Add a biography and short description.
Enter a location of their choice (manually).
View photographs uploaded by other users.
Like photographs.
Comment on photographs.
Reply to comments.
Discover inspiring photography from creators around the world.
Receive editorial recognition such as Editor's Choice, where applicable.
Mehrwan Production is intended to encourage creativity, respectful interaction, and appreciation of photography.
4. Eligibility
To use Mehrwan Production, you must:
Be legally permitted to use online services under the laws applicable in your country or region.
Provide accurate information when creating your account.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
Mehrwan Production reserves the right to refuse access to or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Account Registration
Mehrwan Production currently supports Google Sign-In as the only method of creating and accessing an account.
We do not support:
Email and password registration.
Phone number login.
Username/password authentication.
Third-party social media login methods other than Google Sign-In.
Authentication is securely provided through Firebase Authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility unless caused by unauthorized access beyond your control.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should secure your Google Account immediately and notify Mehrwan Production if you believe your platform account has been affected.
6. User Accounts
Each registered account is intended for use by a single individual.
When creating and using your account, you agree that:
The information you provide is accurate.
You will keep your profile information reasonably up to date.
You will not impersonate another person, organization, or brand.
You will not create accounts for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
You will not attempt to bypass platform security measures.

Although Mehrwan Production uses secure authentication through Firebase Authentication and implements security measures to protect user accounts, you also play an important role in maintaining account security.
You should:
Protect your Google Account credentials.
Sign out of shared devices when appropriate.
Avoid sharing access to your account with others.
Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Mehrwan Production is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard access to your Google Account.
11. User-Generated Content
Mehrwan Production is a community built around user-generated content.
Our Services allow users to create, upload, publish, and share content including, but not limited to:
Photographs
Profile pictures
Cover images
Biography
Short descriptions
Manually entered locations
Comments
Replies
Other information that users voluntarily choose to publish through the platform
You are solely responsible for the content that you upload or publish through your account.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it.
Your content does not violate the rights of any person or organization.
Your content complies with these Terms & Conditions, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
12. Ownership of Your Content
Mehrwan Production respects the creativity and intellectual property rights of photographers and creators.
You retain ownership of the original photographs and other original content that you upload to the platform.
Uploading your work to Mehrwan Production does not transfer ownership or copyright to Mehrwan Production.
Your photographs remain your intellectual property unless you expressly agree otherwise.
13. License Granted to Mehrwan Production
To operate the platform, you grant Mehrwan Production a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to:
Store your uploaded content.
Display your photographs within the application and website.
Deliver your content to other users.
Generate thumbnails and optimized versions for performance.
Cache and process images for technical purposes.
Back up content for reliability and disaster recovery.
Use your content for moderation, security, and platform administration.
Feature your content through platform features such as Editor's Choice, featured galleries, promotional banners, or similar editorial sections within Mehrwan Production.
This license exists solely to enable the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Mehrwan Production platform.
It does not transfer ownership of your work, and it does not allow Mehrwan Production to sell your photographs or license them to third parties without your separate permission.
14. Uploading Photographs
Mehrwan Production is designed to showcase photography.
When uploading photographs, you agree that:
The photographs are yours or you have permission to upload them.
The photographs do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
The photographs comply with our Community Guidelines.
The photographs do not contain illegal content.
The photographs do not intentionally mislead or deceive other users.
You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photographs comply with applicable laws.
15. Public Nature of Uploaded Content
Mehrwan Production is intended to be a public photography-sharing platform.
Unless otherwise indicated by future platform features, photographs uploaded to the platform are intended to be publicly viewable by other users of Mehrwan Production.
Other users may be able to:
View your photographs.
Like your photographs.
Comment on your photographs.
Reply to comments associated with your photographs.
Visit your public profile.
Please consider carefully before uploading any content that you do not wish to share publicly.
16. Comments, Replies, and Likes
Mehrwan Production encourages respectful interaction between members of the community.
Users may interact with publicly shared photographs through features including:

Replies
When using these features, you agree to:
Remain respectful.
Avoid abusive language.
Avoid harassment or intimidation.
Avoid posting spam.

Mehrwan Production reserves the right to remove comments or replies that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
17. Editor's Choice
Mehrwan Production may recognize exceptional photographs through the Editor's Choice feature.
Editor's Choice is an editorial recognition awarded solely by authorized administrators.
Selection may consider factors including:
Creativity.
Originality.
Technical quality.
Artistic impact.
Overall contribution to the community.
Compliance with platform policies.
Editor's Choice is awarded entirely at the discretion of Mehrwan Production.
Receiving this recognition:
Does not guarantee future selections.
Does not transfer ownership of your work.
Does not create financial compensation.
Does not establish an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
May be withdrawn if the content is later found to violate our policies or applicable law.
Administrator decisions regarding Editor's Choice are final.
18. Your Control Over Your Content
Mehrwan Production believes creators should remain in control of their own work.
Subject to platform functionality and applicable law, you may:
Upload photographs.
Replace your profile picture.
Replace your cover image.
Edit your biography.
Update your short description.
Change your manually entered location.
Delete your own photographs.
Edit or remove your own comments where supported.
Edit or remove your own replies where supported.
Other users cannot edit or delete your photographs or profile information.
19. Platform Moderation
To help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment, Mehrwan Production may review content reported by users or otherwise brought to our attention.
Authorized administrators may take actions including:
Reviewing uploaded content.
Investigating reported violations.
Removing photographs.
Removing comments.
Removing replies.
Restricting certain platform features.
Temporarily suspending accounts.
Permanently terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations.
Moderation decisions are made in good faith to protect the community and uphold these Terms.
20. Removal of Content
Mehrwan Production reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that, in our reasonable judgment:
Violates these Terms & Conditions.
Violates the Community Guidelines.
Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
Is illegal.
Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, terrorism, or criminal activity.
Contains spam or deceptive practices.
Threatens the safety or security of users or the platform.
Is otherwise inappropriate for the Mehrwan Production community.
Where appropriate, we may remove content without prior notice.
Content removal for policy enforcement does not affect the ownership of your original work.
21. Account Suspension and Termination
Mehrwan Production may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by or licensed to Mehrwan Production.

25. Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users, you agree not to engage in activities that interfere with or misuse the Services.

Attempt to access administrative functions without permission.
Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
27. Third-Party Services
Mehrwan Production relies on trusted third-party services to provide essential functionality.

Firebase Authentication for secure account authentication.
Cloud Firestore for storing application data.
Firebase Storage for storing user-uploaded images.
Your use of these services is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices of their respective providers.
Mehrwan Production is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party service providers.
28. Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is currently the only supported method of accessing a Mehrwan Production account.
By choosing to sign in using Google Sign-In, you authorize Firebase Authentication to verify your identity through your Google Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account.
Mehrwan Production does not receive or store your Google Account password.
If your Google Account is compromised, you should secure it immediately through Google's account recovery processes.
29. Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable and continuously available platform.
However, Mehrwan Production does not guarantee that the Services will always be available without interruption.
From time to time, the Services may become temporarily unavailable due to:
Maintenance.
Software updates.
Security improvements.
Technical failures.
Network issues.
Events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features where necessary to improve the platform or protect its security.
Whenever reasonably practicable, we will seek to minimize disruptions to users.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mehrwan Production is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mehrwan Production makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:
Continuous availability of the Services.

Users access and use the Services at their own discretion and risk.

31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mehrwan Production, its owners, administrators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mehrwan Production, its owners, administrators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to:

Content uploaded through your account.

33. Account Deletion by You
You may choose to stop using Mehrwan Production at any time.
Where account deletion functionality is available, you may request the deletion of your account through the application or by contacting Mehrwan Production.
Deleting your account generally results in the removal of your profile from the platform. Depending on the nature of the data and applicable legal or operational requirements, certain information may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not automatically affect content that has already been removed due to moderation or legal requirements.
34. Suspension and Termination by Mehrwan Production
Mehrwan Production reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that a user has:
